Terms and Conditions: New and Second-Hand Magic
NB: Please add our email to you “safe email list” to ensure the receipt of all communications.
Listing Items:
Listing items elsewhere leads to disappointed customers and risks your chances of future business dealing with New World Magic. If you wish to sell your item/s elsewhere, please email us and we will temporarily hold and/or remove your item.
Actual photos of item/s are required. These are to be taken against a plain background if possible and should be of high-resolution.
Please forward a detailed description of the item/s as well as the fine details of its condition. The more details you supply, the better. This reduces customer uncertainty and decreases chances of the item/s being returned. Points to include:
- Number of times performed/used/watched
- Dints, scratches, repairs needed
- Manufacturer name
- Original price
- Packaging/road case/instructions condition
- Added features/modifications/restrictions
Listing your new and used magic is FREE, and these will be uploaded on our web site with photos and descriptions.
The price listed will be in USD$ and will include shipping unless stated.
he sale price includes the commission payable to New World Magic.
Commissions rates are:
Magic and Illusion sales $50 to $2500 - 10% commission
Magic and Illusion sales $2500 to $15000 - Flat rate of $250
Magic and Illusion sales $15000 and above - Please email info@newworldmagic.com to arrange special rate
This is deducted from the final sale and does not include Pay Pal/Bank fees.
No Commission is charged on shipping costs.
The seller is responsible for all Bank/Pay Pal fees, which are non-refundable. The seller is responsible for obtaining registered shipping quotes and shipping insurance if requested. Your item/s will/must not be shipped until full payment has been received, including shipping costs. Buyers cannot return item/s unless the description has been misleading (Please be specific in your descriptions!). Returns will not be permitted if buyers are unsatisfied with method, manufacturing quality and/or a change of mind.
Should the item/s arrive damaged or incomplete, we urge buyers to take photos of their concerns and forward these by email within 10 days of receipt.
Unresolved complaints will be listed with Pay Pal, however this will be a last resort before taking legal action.
New World Magic is not responsible for any disputes between buyers and sellers after 30 days of each transaction. When your item/s are sold, we reserve the right to forward all contact details including phone numbers, home address, business address and email address to the respective parties, so that disputes can be resolved in a timely fashion.
In order to obtain a full refund, returns must be authorised and arrive in the same condition as shipped (including any additional expenses related to shipping).
